EXCHANGE/RETURN:
All our orders are specially Hand Embroidered . We don’t offer any kind of exchange or return. However, if your product doesn’t fit as expected or you get any thing damaged during transit, please make Box Opening Video and notify us within 1-2 days of receiving the product for Exchange. Exchange is not Valid Without Box Opening Video.

ALTERATION:
Alteration requests are subject to techDARZI's review and approval, and they reserve the right to determine if a modification can be made. Please make sure the item is unworn and in its original state if you wish to request an alteration.

We encourage customers to place orders mindfully by taking help of our Size Chart of each product, as each piece is hand crafted exclusively upon request.

The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for any alteration requests, except in cases where an alternative agreement is in place.
