All our orders are specially Hand Crafted . We don’t offer any kind of exchange or return. However, if your product doesn’t fit as expected or you get any thing damaged during transit, please make Box Opening Video and notify us within 1–2 days of receiving the product for Exchange. Without Box Opening Video Exchange is not Valid. 

ALTERATION:
All alteration requests are subject to approval and will be assessed by techDARZI, who holds the sole discretion to decide whether an alteration is possible or not. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition when requesting an alteration.

We encourage customers to place orders mindfully by taking help of our Size Chart of each product, as each piece is hand crafted exclusively upon request.

While shipping for alterations, costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
